项目申请理由
(背景及原因) |
近年来,在企石镇人民政府的高度重视下,我镇中小学的办学条件日益完善,我校的面貌也得到改善。但由于我校是沿用旧校实施联合办学,多年来没有上规模的建设,校园环境、教室场所等远远差于其他3所小学。学校现状存在一些不足,亟待解决。
一、基本情况
东山小学建于1994年,学校占地总面积29348㎡,生均占地28.7㎡,教学用建筑面积6040㎡(总7090㎡),生均5.9㎡;现有教职工65人,设23个教学班,学生1023人,平均班额45人。
学校现有教室23间,教学辅助功能室13间(多媒体电教室1间,电脑室1间,科学实验室1间,音乐室2间,舞蹈室2间,图书室1间,美术室2间,软件制作室1间,体育器材室1间,广播室1间,少先队部1间);办公用房有7间(5间教师办公室,1间会议室,
1间荣誉室)。
二、与标准化学校的差距
由于学校建于20多年前,当时的学生600人左右,平均班额30来人,条件还不错。随着社会经济的发展,学校规模不断扩大,学生人数增加了近一倍。对照东莞市一级学校和广东省标准化学校学校的要求,存在较大的差距:
1.按照市一级学校的要求,教室与教学辅助功能室的比例不少于1:1,现缺少功能室10间;
2.按照要求,教学用生均建筑面积标准不低于8㎡,现状与标准相差2.1㎡;
3.现有教室规格是8mX6m,难以满足45人的大班额使用,实际使用以10mX8m的教室比较合理。
4.升级改造后学校设24个教学班,学生1100人。学校服务区(东山
下截)学生约350人(现有330人),可招收本镇外村和外来务工人员子女750人(现有693人)。既可以落实上级“每年增加外来务工人员子女学位”的要求,又从一定程度上缓解中心小学的招生压力,更重要的是学校标准化程度得到提升。升级改造东山小学是学校发展的需要,也是广大师生和家长的强烈愿望。

新工程规模:本工程为新建教学楼地上5层1栋,新建设备房地上1层1栋,框架结构,最高建筑高度20.1米,最大跨度约13.7米,最大建筑面积约5440.025平方米,总建筑面积约5639.145平方米。
新建教学楼主要包括:1、建筑工程(含土方工程,桩基工程,砌筑工程,装饰装修工程,屋面及防水工程等);2、电气工程(含各类强、弱电、线、管敷设安装工程等);3、给排水工程(含室内、外各类给排水工程等);4、电梯工程(含电梯的购安等);5、防雷工程;6、消防工程(含各类消防电气、给水工程等)等;7、绿化工程等。 |
